Start by checking your spam or promotion folder in your email account. Sometimes, confirmation emails may end up in these folders. If you find the email in the spam or promotions folder, mark it as "Not Spam" to ensure future emails from us reach your inbox.
2. Wait for a Few Minutes. Email delivery can occasionally be delayed. Please allow a few minutes for the confirmation email to arrive in your inbox. In some cases, it may take longer depending on your email or network service provider.
3. Resend Confirmation Email. If you haven't received the confirmation email after waiting for a reasonable amount of time, you can request a new confirmation email to be sent.
4. Verify Email Address. Ensure that the email address associated with your account is entered correctly. In some cases, a simple typo in the email address can prevent the confirmation email from being delivered. Double-check the email address and make any necessary corrections.
5. Whitelist Our Email Address. To prevent email delivery issues in the future, consider whitelisting our email address in your email account settings. Emails sent from SeerBit are sent via noreply@SeerBit.com. Please whitelist this address in your mailbox.
6. Contact Customer Support. If you have followed the steps above and are still experiencing issues with email confirmation, don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team.
