How can I change my SeerBit password?

You can easily reset or change your password right from your SeerBit dashboard. Use the following steps to get started. 

  • Log in to your SeerBit dashboard using your current details. 
  • Navigate to the user account by clicking your business name at the top right corner of the navigation menu. 
  • Select account settings from the dropdown, you will be taken to the settings page. 
  • Scroll down to find the password field.  
  • Click on the “Request Password Reset” button. 
  • Open your email to find and click the link to reset your password. 
  • Enter your new password in the designated field. 
  • Ensure that your new password meets the specified requirements, such as minimum length, a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbersand special characters. 
  • Confirm your new password by re-entering it in the confirmation field. 
  • Once you have entered and confirmed your new password, click on the "Reset Password" button to apply the changes. 
  • You will typically receive a confirmation message indicating that your password has been successfully changed.
