You can easily reset or change your password right from your SeerBit dashboard. Use the following steps to get started.
- Log in to your SeerBit dashboard using your current details.
- Navigate to the user account by clicking your business name at the top right corner of the navigation menu.
- Select account settings from the dropdown, you will be taken to the settings page.
- Scroll down to find the password field.
- Click on the “Request Password Reset” button.
- Open your email to find and click the link to reset your password.
- Enter your new password in the designated field.
- Ensure that your new password meets the specified requirements, such as minimum length, a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
- Confirm your new password by re-entering it in the confirmation field.
- Once you have entered and confirmed your new password, click on the "Reset Password" button to apply the changes.
- You will typically receive a confirmation message indicating that your password has been successfully changed.
