How do I Export my Transactions Data?

Modified on Thu, 21 Nov at 7:57 AM

Transactions data play very important roles in accounting and analysis processes. Follow the walkthrough to export transaction data. Simply log into your account using your credentials. Navigate to the horizontal navigation menu in the dashboard and select Payments. A dropdown list will surface, click on the “transactions” menu item. You will be able to see the transactions table.

  • Apply any necessary filters or search criteria to display the specific transactions you want to export. You can filter by date, transaction status and reference ID. This step is optional if you want to export all transactions. Look for an export or download button or option on the Transactions page. It may be represented by an icon or labelled as "Export," "Download," or similar.
  • Click on the export button on the top right corner of the transaction table to initiate the export process. You may be prompted to choose the desired export format such as Export to Excel [CSV (Comma-Separated Values)] or Request Report Link.
  • Export to Excel: This is the fastest export format on the SeerBit Dashboard that allows you to quickly export your filtered transaction data.
  • Request Report Link: This is for exporting larger datasets, when you select this option, you have the autonomy to filter your preferred date and your transaction status. A link where you can quickly download a CSV report is sent to your registered business email.

Note that you can only export transactions displayed on the current page of the transaction table. If your selected transaction range exceeds the one currently displayed, you can select the Request Report Link option instead.

Once the export is complete, a file containing the transaction data will be downloaded to your specified destination.
